About Us

Product Training Online came about from the real life awareness that Salespeople are often overwhelmed by the breadth of the portfolio of products they have to sell. The more complex the products, the more crucial the presentation. Not knowing enough about and how to pitch a product often results in them skipping to the next product on their list to avoid embarrassment. And thus you miss out on a potential opening with a new customer.

This is often not helped by Product Managers who graduated to their position from technical fields, and therefore are more focused on the technical aspects and the product’s features. Unfortunately they often do not know how to help Salespeople show the value of their products to customers. This is because they do not master some of the techniques that are required nowadays to design, market and sell a successful product.
